Buyer funded

The buyer is the only party who pays us.

We accept no commission from the seller, the dealer, or the manufacturer. The fee is fixed, published before the inspection, and it does not change with what the report ends up saying.

A pre-purchase inspection is worth nothing if the inspector is paid twice. So we invoice the buyer, keep the price list public, and hand the same signed document to anyone who asks for it. No dealer credits, no referral percentages, no second look arranged by the lot.

What this does not mean: we are not your negotiator and not your legal representative. We report what can be seen, measured, and read from the car and its paperwork on the day of the visit.

Specimen dossier / Figure 01

Read a real dossier before you pay for one

Specimen: 2016 Skoda Octavia, 148 200 km, inspected in Kyiv. The numbered markers on the plate match the findings list and the raw rows in the OBD-II table.

Side elevation, four checked zones. Each marker sits where the inspector recorded the finding.
  1. 1 Front bumper and left fender repainted: paint depth 240 µm against 110 µm on the opposite side.
  2. 2 DSG gearbox oil last changed at 96 000 km, 52 000 km behind the dealer schedule.
  3. 3 Front control arm bushings show cracking; passed with an advisory, replacement within 10 000 km.
  4. 4 Rear brake discs at 24.1 mm, just above the 22 mm service limit.

Process

From booking to dossier in four ruled steps

The buyer is the only party who pays us. Every inspection runs through the same four steps, in the same order, and closes with the same written record.

  1. Step 01 · 5 min

    Booking with VIN and city

Send the VIN, the city and a link to the listing. The inspector confirms the time slot and the fee in writing before any work begins.

  2. Step 02 · 60 to 90 min

    Mobile inspection at the seller

The inspector travels to the car and works the mechanical, electronic and body checklist on site, recording each finding with a photo and a measurement.

  3. Step 03 · within 24 h

    Dossier delivery

You receive mechanical condition notes, the OBD-II scan output with severity marks, the maintenance history with source stamps, and a written price argument.

  4. Step 04 · up to 7 days

    Negotiation support

The inspector does not negotiate for you. He answers follow-up questions and supplies the line-by-line evidence you use to reprice the car or walk away.

What this report cannot guarantee

A pre-purchase inspection is a limited visual and diagnostic assessment performed on a single visit. It records the condition observed on that day, does not predict future failures, does not reveal faults hidden behind trim or paint, and is not a warranty. Travel beyond 40 km of your chosen city is quoted before the visit, never billed afterwards.
